I’m passionate about helping you build a healthier, stronger, and more fulfilling life through fitness and holistic wellness. With 16 years of experience as a health and fitness coach, I’ve worked with individuals of all ages, lifestyles, and fitness levels in homes, gyms, outdoor settings, and online.

After earning my undergraduate degree from Ohio University in 2003 and spending several years in desk jobs, I made the life-changing decision in 2008 to follow my passion for health and helping others. I earned my Personal Training and Health Coach Certifications through the American Council on Exercise and specialize in designing customized, safe, and effective wellness programs tailored to your unique needs.

Through personal challenges and professional experience, I’m reminded daily of the profound impact health has on every aspect of life. That’s why I’m committed to helping you create sustainable, positive change. My approach goes beyond exercise—I provide guidance and tools for all areas of wellness, including nutrition, weight management, hydration, sleep, stress reduction, and behavioral change. If you need rehabilitation or pain management, I offer corrective exercise, strength, and mobility programs, often collaborating with physical therapists to provide comprehensive, integrated care for you.
