As a nurse working in hospitals and schools, I always had an interest in exercise as an adjunct to remaining healthy and fit.  Eating nutritious food, not smoking, wearing a seatbelt and exercising help us to stay out of the hospital and the Dr.’s office.

My journey with Personal Training began thirteen years ago having regular weekly gym workouts with a trainer. After Covid the workouts moved to our basement family room where we have basic equipment for training purposes and meet with Tracy once every week. My goals are to be strong to be able to do the things that I like but also to have better balance and avoid falls! Our workouts are challenging, and our conversations are fun! I can complain about my aches and pains and that’s all part of the process.

I have been fortunate to have had Tracy as my personal trainer for over twelve years. Originally, we had sessions at the gym. During Covid when the gym was closed Tracy encouraged me to continue my workouts from home using Zoom. For the past several years, Tracy has been providing personal training for my wife and I in our home.

Tracy always impresses me with her knowledge and dedication to personal training. Records are maintained of all my past training sessions and weekly personal workout plans are prepared. She provides very thorough explanations of proper techniques to ensure workouts are effective and safe. My workouts have helped me stay fit and active. Tracy has also provided guidance to assist with injury recovery.
