Hello! I am excited that you are considering Virtual Personal Training and am happy to guide you through this remarkably easy, convenient, efficient, and effective experience. Here is a breakdown of how our virtual sessions will work:

GETTING STARTED 

Before we begin your program, we will have an initial assessment to discuss your current fitness level, lifestyle, goals, and any specific health concerns or limitations. This will help me develop a unique plan that safely and effectively progresses you toward your goals.

 

CUSTOMIZED WORKOUTS

Based on your health assessment, I will create personalized workouts specifically designed to your goals, needs and preferences. Whether it's strength training, cardio, health coaching, rehabilitation, or a combination, we will make sure it aligns with what you want to achieve.

 

INTERACTIVE SESSIONS

We will meet via live video during the scheduled days and times that work for you. I will send you a Zoom meeting link which you will click on at the scheduled time, and we'll be connected. During our sessions, I'll guide you through exercises, demonstrate proper techniques, offer real-time feedback, provide education, and answer questions to ensure you're getting the most out of every workout and learning along the way.

                                                           

PROGRESS TRACKING

Tracking your progress is motivating and fun! Through video analysis, performance metrics, and your feedback, we will regularly assess your advancements. This provides valuable information that we can use to adjust the workout plan and keep you on a successful path.

 

NUTRITIONAL AND LIFESTYLE SUPPORT

Fitness includes so much more than what happens during your workouts. I will provide healthy lifestyle and nutritional guidance to complement your exercise routine and support your goals. I will work with you to create productive habits, navigate challenges, and build a lifestyle that will help ensure lasting, long-term wellness.

Virtual training offers the convenience and ease that ensures that you will be consistent with your new habits and attain the results you want. You will reap all the benefits of working out from the comfort of your own space with sessions that integrate into your routine.

 

EQUIPMENT CONSIDERATIONS

Please do not worry about having a fully equipped gym at home! We can work with what you have – whether utilizing bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, or resistance bands – to create effective and engaging workouts.
